Enter Ironman 70.3 Poreč https://www.ironman.com/im703-croatia. Flex90 (which gives you more flexible transfer/cancellation options) is available until 25th February, so make sure you enter before then.

Join the IM 70.3 Poreč whatsapp chat within the community, and be ready to post a screenshot of your race entry confirmation (this chat will be limited to people who have entered the race/will be coming to spectate).
Unlike club champs, this trip is more self organised. You'll be expected to sort your own flights and accommodation etc. Please use the whatsapp chat as a hub to coordinate your bookings and find people to share accommodation with etc. I will look to organise some social bits while we're out there and will confirm details in due course. If there is a need for it I can also look at organising group transfers from the airport, but will look at that nearer the time.
