Whether you are new to cycling and building up your confidence and fitness on a bike, or you are recovering from an injury or effort and want a gentler ride or simply fancy some chatting and a coffee and cake stop you will find these rides will suit all your needs.
Note that these rides are usually non led, self catered rides. We will provide you with a choice of routes, with the details published on our FB members page each week, but riders attending need to sort them out into groups and be self sufficient. These rides are a complement to the Build up to Brighton programme, that normally runs on the first few months of the year.
